2014 ACHE MeritThe Canadian Chapter of ACHE was founded in 2007 and received full Chapter Status in 2011. We are a national Chapter and represent nearly 300 members from all across Canada.

Official Notice for the 2017 Canadian Chapter of ACHE Board of Directors Elections

 

This official notice serves as the beginning of the election process to select new Directors to serve on the Canadian Chapter of ACHE Board of Directors, the body that represents ACHE’s affiliates in Canada. Service as an elected official is a unique opportunity to exercise your leadership ability, share innovative ideas, and act on behalf of fellow Canadian ACHE members.

All Canadian Chapter of ACHE Members who wish to run for election must submit a Letter of Intent to Kareen Hall-Clarke, Chair Governance and Nominations Committee electronically at khall3715@gmail.com   by 5 pm EST, December 4th, 2016. When submitting the Letter of Intent please use this form. If you have submitted your Letter of Intent electronically, and you haven’t received confirmation that it was acknowledged by December 6th, 2016, please contact Kareen Hall-Clarke khall3715@gmail.com Elections will be held in the following jurisdictions:

Ø  Ontario (2 positions)

Ø  PEI/NB/NS/NFLD & Labrador

Ø  Quebec 

Please note:

  • All incumbents are eligible for re- election
  • Individuals wishing to stand for election to the Canadian Chapter of ACHE Board of Directors must be Fellows, Life Fellows or Members as defined by ACHE.
  • New Directors will each serve a two-year term on the Chapter Board of Directors beginning at the Canadian Chapter of ACHE Board Meeting in March 2017.
  • All Directors are required adhere to the Canadian Chapter of ACHE attendance criteria of attending at least 75% of the Chapter’s board meetings
  • Affiliates are assigned to a jurisdiction based on their business address. Members who are uncertain about their jurisdiction or would like additional information about the responsibilities of a Director may contact Kareen Hall-Clarke, Chair, Governance and Nominations Committee, Canadian Chapter of ACHE at khall3715@gmail.com
